These terms govern your use of the Green Earth Trails website (greenearthtrails.com) and your booking of travel programs with Green Earth Trails. By using this website or making a booking, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Green Earth Trails is a proprietorship firm registered in India under GST Registration Number 32ALSPJ8519J2ZM, with Legal Name Benjamin John and Trade Name Green Earth Trails. Our registered office is at A5, Ground Floor, Mini Mall Cochin, Near Airport Junction, Athani, Kerala 683585. We are approved by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India as an Inbound Tour Operator in the Experienced Category (NIDHI ID: EKL000462, Certificate No: 201120252958, valid until 19 November 2030). All prices include applicable GST at 5%.
This website is provided for the purpose of informing visitors about our travel programs and facilitating enquiries and bookings. You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from this website without our written permission.
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information on this website, including pricing, itineraries and property descriptions. However, details may change and we reserve the right to correct errors. Confirmed bookings are governed by the specific terms set out in your booking confirmation, not by general website descriptions.
A booking becomes confirmed only upon receipt of a signed booking form (where applicable) and the required deposit. Payment of a deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and our cancellation policy. All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion is the responsibility of the guest.
Prices quoted are valid for the dates specified in your proposal. Green Earth Trails reserves the right to adjust pricing prior to booking confirmation in the event of significant changes in fuel costs, accommodation rates, or government levies.
Green Earth Trails acts as the principal operator for all programs we sell directly. We use our own vehicles and drivers, and work with carefully selected accommodation and activity providers. Where we engage third-party suppliers, we exercise due diligence in their selection but cannot accept liability for acts or omissions of independent third parties beyond our reasonable control.
Itineraries are indicative and may be adjusted based on weather, road conditions, wildlife activity, local events, or other circumstances. We will always aim to provide an equivalent or better alternative when changes are necessary.
Guests are responsible for holding valid passports, visas and any required travel documents for India. Green Earth Trails can provide general guidance on visa requirements but is not responsible for denied entry or visa-related costs.
Guests are responsible for their own travel insurance. We strongly recommend comprehensive cover including trip cancellation, medical expenses, emergency evacuation and personal liability.
Guests must disclose any medical conditions, dietary requirements, mobility limitations or other factors that may affect their program before departure. Green Earth Trails will make reasonable accommodations where possible but cannot guarantee suitability for all conditions.
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward local communities, wildlife, natural environments and members of our team throughout their program.
Green Earth Trails' liability to any guest is limited to the total amount paid for that guest's program. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses including loss of enjoyment, missed connections, or costs arising from events beyond our control.
We are not liable for personal injury, illness, death, loss or damage to property arising from activities undertaken during your program, except where such liability arises from our own negligence.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
All content on this website, including text, photographs, itineraries, and design, is the property of Green Earth Trails or its licensors. Unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or from bookings made with Green Earth Trails shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ernakulam, Kerala, India.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The current version will always be published on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
