Cancellation and Refund Policy

In the event of a cancellation due to personal reasons or reasons beyond our control affected by third parties. Green Earth Trails will not take liability and responsibility of the situation. Green Earth Trails will not be responsible for any conditions arising due to natural calamities or change in political conditions. However, we would extend all services and help to avoid or provide recommendations based on the nature of the situation.​

Upon confirmation of cancellation of any of our services, cancellation requests could be sent to hello@greenearthtrails.com and we shall be respond within three business working days. The reversal of the refund amount if any shall be returned to the same account from which the payment was initiated within 14 business days from the date of cancellation.
